The installation technician falsified the contract.

I applied for a move/transfer of service.

I noticed that my account shows a -$2 charge, which seemed unusual, so I just reviewed my contract.

I did not request a new contract. I only applied for a move/transfer of my existing service through the TELUS website. My original contract is supposed to end in 2026. Please restore my original contract. If you do not, I will report this as contract forgery, as a new contract was created without my consent.

I never requested a new contract. I only applied for a move/transfer of my existing service, so why has my contract been changed? Please immediately void the contract that was created without my consent and restore my original contract. I find this kind of fraudulent behavior by TELUS extremely disturbing. Please update me right away at the email address registered to my account.
