11 months agoAfter an email address has been changed in the system, it can take up to 24 hours to flow through the system to make redemption available again. Are you still getting this message when attempting to redeem some points?

I didn't change my email address. I got the message on Jan 14 when I first tried to redeem and it is still happening today.
