Telus Rewards are NOT

Redeemed a Telus Reward for a discount on Garmin wearable today (20% off, $30 discount).  No details on reward selection page regarding limitations on reward usage until you redeem points for reward and then note in redemption terms that rewards are not applied if discounts on ’sale’ prices on Garmin web site are more than Telus reward discounts. Lost 40 points for reward that is unusable due to lack of info on reward limitations. I won’t bother with Telus rewards in the future as limitations are not clearly noted, and you cannot cancel redemption of rewards.  Rewards are more hype than value in my opinion.
