The only thing I've done with the account is one of my lines had to have Visual Voicemail deleted and re-added to get it working. Nothing else has changed with the account. This happened a week ago. I have more than enough points to get a $100 Uber gift card, but now it's "sold out" (which seems silly, since it's a virtual item!). If Telus support is able to help me, I'd be greatly appreciative

Hi mikema1701 - if the item is not in-stock then you may need to wait for the item to be available again. We are able to run out of virtual cards for many reasons such as vendor inventory running out or the discontinuation of the product.
We are not saying that's the case but just wanted to highlight some possible causes
