Telus Reward program - Garmin
Are you experiencing any issue with Telus Reward? When trying to get a code for the Garmin perk, it says "Promotion expired or not active yet".

In the reward catalogue, on the Garmin perk page, when clicking on the link to get the code for the 15% off, it redirects on a page where it is written "Promotion expired or not active yet". In addition, I did receive an email with the link to get my unique code, but when clicking the link, I am again redirected to the page where it is written that the promotion is expired or not active yet.

There are a few things to try before we escalate to our Rewards team:
- try copying the link from your emial, and pasting it in while using an incognito/private browser.
- if you're trying to open the link on your phone via the My TELUS app, try logging into it via desktop browser instead.
I just tried with incognito mode (via the Telus catalogue and by copying the link from the email and pasting it in the desktop browser)
- With Safari on a Mac
- With Edge and Chrome on a PC
It didn't work.
