Telus Mobility Login

Anyone else having problems accessing the My Telus login page?  When I try to log in, I receive a "Verify you are human" page and they want you to tick a box.  This comes up three times before it tak...

    Make sure you're not using a VPN. That can cause issues with logging in.

Does the login page you are trying to use have a URL of https://www.telus.com/telus-login-v2?service_type=mytelus ? I have no problem logging in to my Telus account from that one. It may also not hurt to try a different browser just in case. I'm using Chrome on Windows currently.

Thanks for answering. Yes. That is the URL I use for My Telus and it still comes up that the site is down for maintenance. I also tried using Microsoft Edge browser as I was using Chrome but it made no difference.

      Thanks for the suggestion about the VPN.  I turned it off and I was able to get into MyTelus for the first time in quite a number of days.

      I have just recently started A VPN. Thanks for the heads up. I will try to disable it.
