Telekom law?

I need to know if Telus works with Telekom Law Corporation..? They have been spam calling regarding an overdue bill. 
I have tried to find their office but there is no address on google for them. The address in their email that shows up is a completely different company on maps. It says they’re not accredited as a company. Is this a scam? I need to know if Telus sold my overdue bill to a scam company. 
collection agencies do not spam call you and force you to make a settlement.
