    Based on your description, the call you received appears to be a scam. Telus takes customer security very seriously, and we want to assure you of the following:

    • We will never ask for personal information such as passwords or credit card details over the phone.
    • Telus representatives will always call from an identifiable 1-800 number with clear Caller ID as "Telus."
    • We do not call from blocked or unknown numbers, nor do we make calls at odd hours.

    If you suspect a call is fraudulent, we recommend you:

    • Do not provide any personal information.
    • Hang up immediately.
