Suspensions for "Fraud"

I own and operate 4 businesses all od which are either Federally Incorporated or Provincially.  It would seem to me that someone at Telus has a hard on for suspending all three of our accounts in rotation and I am repeatedly visiting Telus stores with my documentation and emailing their Fraud department my ID and documentation.  The line gets unsuspended then a week later if I do something like change Sims or phones here we go again. The customer service is absolutely horrid in between what can only be described as various globally outsourced call centers. 

 

How do I actually get in touch with someone in management in Canada? 

 

This is costing me time and revenue
