Stream+ - Amazon prime got canceled itself and not able to signup back

I got email this morning saying my amazon price account canceled, all other account Netflix and Disney+ are working fine. I tried singing up again from Telus myweb portal and getting error:

 

Oops!

We couldn't find an active subscription for this account. You may not have claimed your offer yet or your offer expired.

 

 

I contacted Amazon CS and they mentioned they don't have authority to cancel third party accounts.

Just wondering if this happens to anyone else and what was the resolution.

    I tried calling telus twice today and both time without giving me any resolution, they disconnect the call and no one call back yet.
