Steam+ not linking with existing Prime account
I just signed up with Stream+ and had no issue with linking my existing Netflix and Disney+ accounts. However when I follow the instructions to link my Prime account I get an error message - "You alr...

I don't have TelusTV so it can't be that. I tried linking my Prime before even activating the TelusTV+ that comes with the Stream+ package.

11 months agoYes, you would need to pause your Amazon account. Amazon will pause your direct billing immediately, once Stream+ is activated. Any unused portion of your monthly/annual plan will remain within your Amazon account, and consumed should you remove their Stream+ billing at a later date. If you would like this balance to be refunded instead, you must contact Amazon directly to request (amazon.ca/contact-us).
