Service cancelled by Telus accidently.
2100 words is not enough to describe the misery Telus is putting me thru. Someone inputted a wrong address so Telus cut off my TV and internet. Took two 5 hour long calls with techs and Loyalty ...
Since this is, according to Telus, a new contract, the CRTC says I have 14 days to cancel entirely. Seriously considering taking this up.
