Service canceled before it started???

  • Was given an account # yesterday after requesting new home services. When I tried to view agreement it says service was canceled. You kidding me???

    Hi there, thanks for reaching out. That definitely sounds frustrating. If your new home services order shows as canceled, it may not have been fully processed or there may have been an issue with the setup. Please send TELUS_Support​  a private message with the account number you were given and your service address, and we’ll review the order status.

      I'm told that you can't log in until your installation has been performed which makes no sense as they send an email telling you to log in and review the agreement. Horrific management of website communications. Someone need to fix this. A simple disclaimer stating the fact that you can't log until your services have been installed. See photos...
