Rewards account information is being updated
I haven't updated my account information, but I'm getting this message:
Your TELUS Rewards account information is being updated.
You recently updated your contact information that is connected to your TELUS Rewards account. This information update is still in progress and you cannot make a redemption at this time. Please try again later to complete your redemption.If you did not complete any recent changes to your TELUS account, please contact us.
Well, there is no 'Iater'. I would have had 350 points to spend, and now there's no way to redeem. Again, I have not updated anything. Looks like a way to avoid giving customers their rewards.

Not the end of January 2025, but on the 30th, not the 31st.
