Official Support TeamHey Peini! You’re totally good to leave everything in the cabinet. QuickConnect gear stays with the apartment, so no need to tear it out. Those cancellation emails are just automated systems doing their thing. The only time you actually need to pack up and return hardware via Canada Post is if a tech handed you extra standalone Wi-Fi Boosters or TV set-top boxes during your install.
