Redeeming Rewards
How do I redeem points when I keep getting "You cannot pick this item at this time try again later?"

Community ManagerHello. Do you have the sufficient reward points to redeem for that particular one? Our stock does run out temporarily from time to time of the more popular ones. Just curious if you're seeing this for any redemption attempt or just certain ones.
