Redeeming Rewards
How do I redeem points when I keep getting "You cannot pick this item at this time try again later?"

the rewards catalog has been down for months I have been trying to access mine too and nothing I even called no one knew what it was. One guy laughed. Very frustrated

Hello. Do you have the sufficient reward points to redeem for that particular one? Our stock does run out temporarily from time to time of the more popular ones. Just curious if you're seeing this for any redemption attempt or just certain ones.
How do I redeem my points when I have the asked for amount but keep getting a message that I don't qualify at this time, try again later?
