Prepaid plan but don't have BONUS100
Hi, I just activated my $100/year prepaid plan, but the BONUS100 promotion was not applied to my account. Could you please help me activate this bonus? My phone number is *removed number for privacy ...
I have the same issue for 3 prepaid accounts, 2 of them only have the bonus data for 1 month, and all gone now. The last one will expire in June 23, 2025, which was activated on Jan 24, 2025. It seemed to be a common issue. Please help.
