Overcharged again
I was overcharged again!!!! This is after I was overcharged $500+ a few months ago, now its $175. They keep saying I have equipment to return which I don't and they booked a home service installation...

I decided to pay the cancellation fee just to get out of this contract. It was a lot, but I got a good deal with Shaw/Rogers and credit that will make up the cost. Definitely worth it.

Hello,
Yes after two calls my charges are still on my account plus interest now. They said last time that it would be removed 'later that day' and this was close to a week ago I think. It's an extra $178.24 plus taxes it appears. My TV still doesn't work properly after all this, it takes at least 5 minutes to turn on and connect, plus it will start the process again whenever I try to watch something recorded or on demand.
