Optik tv renewal
Is it common practice for telus to automatically renew your contract after 2 years? Apparently my contract was renewed in January but I have no recollection of any documentation of giving my consent...
What Fuzzylogic said, and I will add if you do not have a contract you can download after you log into your account. Read it to determine if it was renewed or what most people complain about is the rates double and you agreed to it on the original contract. For two years you get discounts which end in 24 months and you pay 100% after that. Look at what you paid in months before the January renewal compared to current months.
