not replying from telus any of my problem

i sent request to transfer my home internet service ownership on 20 june 2025 and right now is 30 july 2025 still tesul did  not work on it.

i and the new owner call 10 times but no one even care about it one of representative said that the new owner call and confirm within 10 min your ownership transfer and she do as they said but another reply given by someone that you have call in conference call with old owner . for this i call today and the taken 1.27 hr to hold me and till dont give me any reply for that. i m very fad up with it. 

can anyone help me regarding this?

    Definitely not the experience we want for our customers! You mentioned that you were calling in, did you get through to our team for assistance or is this transfer of ownership order still incomplete?
