No idea how to get my account number

My mom got me my phone when i was 13(turn 18 in a few weeks) now i need access to it but i don't know my account number or where to find it.  Do i have to call the support? It was in person not sure where all the papers are. my mom doesn't know it either.

    Don't have a my telus account. needed it to add it to one

    Hi Gaminxr - the best way to get your account number is to log in to My TELUS. Once there, you can see your account number there.

     

    I understand the account is under your mom's name but the steps are the same. Send us a private message if you need more assistance
