I encourage everyone to stop agreeing to deals by phone. Log into your account to make or change your plan.
Or ask for their name and phone number and call back then record the call. This is an all too common complaint

How well does this work though when you actually call Telus because of a problem with billing, or needing to use the Loyalty program just to get the billing down to a decent level? The CSRs still make promises they seem to be unable to keep.
