New Rewards Portal
So, I just got the email this morning about the new rewards portal and decided to check it out. I was looking at the points to redeem for gift cards and it seemed to not be as good of a conversion a...
Telus boasts that the new program is "enhanced" and "improved," but it's not.
Previous program: 100 points would get you 14 on-demand rentals (7 points per rental)
New program: 100,000 points (equal to previous 100 points) now gets you 3 on-demand rentals (28,500 points per rental).
And this is repeated with myriad other redemptions.
Please explain how the new program is better.
