I tried again just now on the Edge browser which I do not use or modify and received the same error. "Something went wrong" Try again later.
the URL of the "Something went wrong" page reads
errorcode=email.unavailable
So I will try creating the account to a different email address. However the email address I am trying to use is the one I signed up for and have so far received communications through. I have in the past asked to not receive marketing communications from Telus and had an account 10 years ago or so that may be contributing to the error.
