Need help to cancel

I was informed that I need to visit the Telus store to cancel my internet service because the customer service agent named José, said he cannot verify my account. Can the store agents assist me with the cancellation?

While our TELUS Store team can help with many account-related services, cancellations need to be completed through our customer care team for proper verification and processing. If the agent was unable to verify your account over the phone, we recommend having your photo ID and account details ready when you call back so we can assist you. For security reasons, cancellations can’t be finalized in store. Please send TELUS_Support​  a private message, and we’ll review your account details together and guide you on the next steps.
