MyTelus App
Upgraded my phone from iPhone 11 to the iPhone 16 and having login issues with the MyTelus app. I can log in no problem on the Safari browser but when entering the exact same credentials into the app...

Thanks for your reply,
I have deleted and reinstalled the app
My phone is updated to the latest iOS
I am typing everything manually and no passwords are saved
I am still having trouble logging in.

8 months agoThanks for the update, and we appreciate you taking those steps. Since you're still having trouble logging in despite reinstalling the app, updating your iOS, and manually entering your credentials, give us a call and they can look into this further.

Unfortunately, when I called the representative was not sure what to do. I feel like calling again would be a waste of my time and the representative.
