MyTelus App
Upgraded my phone from iPhone 11 to the iPhone 16 and having login issues with the MyTelus app. I can log in no problem on the Safari browser but when entering the exact same credentials into the app...

8 months agoSince you've already reset your account and received a new invite, and you're able to log in via Safari, the issue may be related specifically to the My TELUS app itself on the new device. A few things you can try if you haven’t already:
- Delete and reinstall the My TELUS app.
- Make sure your iOS is fully up to date.
- Double-check that there are no saved credentials auto-filling incorrectly from your Keychain or password manager.
- Try logging in with manual entry (not autofill) to rule out formatting issues.

Thanks for your reply,
I have deleted and reinstalled the app
My phone is updated to the latest iOS
I am typing everything manually and no passwords are saved

Unfortunately, when I called the representative was not sure what to do. I feel like calling again would be a waste of my time and the representative.
