My Online Account has been hacked

Did you click on any link in that unsolicited email you received? It may not have been from Telus and it could have been a scam email. That would have given the scammers the code needed to access your account and change things.

Call Telus right away. The number on Telus.com shows 1-888-811-2323 as the legit contact number. You need to talk to someone at Telus about this fast as the scammers could do a lot of bad things with your account if you used the link in the email to reset your password and their contact info is now in there.
