It's under the Telus Services category. I just used it a couple of days ago. Note that you can only redeem for Telus services credit once every 12 months.
Telus closed the points program. Its part of their new "Terrible service and product at a ridiculously high price" program. They no longer care about their customers.
As an security analyst, telecom companies are judged by a lot of things. But the most important component is customer retention. It makes revenue predictable and, in turn, price per share valued, either high or low. It's not good business practice to screw over your predictable revenue producers. It's bad optics and becomes a generational problem.
