Why for the last 3 months when I log in I see this. Want to view my bill....boom that pops up. Want to make chanel chnges....boom that pops up. Call Telus suport and.....boom on hold for 1 hour maybe...

3 different web browsers, 2 different cell phones both app and web browser. VPN turned off and on
