Or are you just going to ignore the issue?
I am still unable to login to My Telus Account, as I cannot get the verification code from the My Telus App.
Still getting the Login Failed Error LGN-301, when I attempt to login to the app on my android phone.
Surely there must be some sort of work around or fix for this error.
I cannot view my bill, I cannot get a copy of my bill, cannot view my account to see what services I have or when my current deal expires and I cannot view my Telus Rewards.

Official Support TeamHi Spitfire1 - Originally the VPN being turned on will be an issue. Are you able to log in to My TELUS by trying a browser instead of the app?

As I described in my original post, the issue is when I try to login to the My Telus App on my Android phone. I am able to login on Chrome to the My Telus website, it approves of my username and password and then asks for a Verification Code from the My Telus App....when I try to login to that app on my android phone, this is when I get the error mentioned above.
No Verification Code = not able to login to the website.
Is it possible, for whatever reason, Telus has blocked the IP Address on my phone?

We don't block IP addresses. Is there a VPN that's enabled on your Android device?
