Language of CHOICE fubar
Nowhere have I chosen as language of preference anything other than English but about half of the emails reveived from Telus are in another language, and I see no way to fix this.

I'm paying $100 per month for service. It's up to Telus to provide half-decent interfacing without expecting paying customers to do the work.

18 days agoWe hear you and this is more about us being able to provide service in a language that someone might be more comfortable with so we provide the ability to switch through self-serve options so customers can have control and can make these changes without needing to reach out to us
