INCONSISTENT BILLING - MULTIPLE "AGREEMENTS"
I am wondering if anyone else is fed up with a communication company that doesn't communicate? I have had to go to the CCTS for one problem that eventually was sorted out regarding different amounts...

The last 7 months after CCTS finally have consistent billing
