I am locked out from my account and not able to log in
Unable to access My Telus (unable
to login), my account has been locked.

Yes, I tried signing in from the Telus app and also on the web and still I am not able to log in. I tried again after more than 24 hrs and same issue.

I get the message “Something went wrong. Unfortunately we aren’t able to access your account information. Please check your internet connection or try again later. “

I've occaisionally seen this and when I try again later (next day) it works.
It's possible Telus was doing something on their end that was causing the issue.
