If its a leased building (as it is very likely to be then the contact details for the building are listed in the front foyer. The tenant (Telus) is not responsible and this forum will not provide any help.

if you can please look into this before responding, Telus helped us resolve it last time because they are the tenant in this building. There is no contact information on the front door or foyer because it is closed to the public. Please feel free to look at my profile from last fall. Thanks in advance for the help.
