How to connect with customer agent asking help with the suspended account?
I am having trouble connecting to a human/live agent that could possibly help me with my account. My account is suspended so I cannot call and receive calls.

It sounds like you're having an issue similar to what I'm having with my cell phone. I can't make or receive calls because it keeps telling me there isn't enough money in the balance, which isn't true, since there is currently $30 in there. Calling customer service is a joke as the AI bots block you at every turn (does Telus want to drive people to Rogers and/or Bell, I wonder).
