How to Cancel My Services

After being with Telus for 10 plus years. I am deciding that it's time to cancel my services. Random charges appear and then I waste about 45 minutes trying to contact an agent. One even hung up on me today after I asked them to repeat, they were mumbling so I did not hear the question they asked. Telus customer support has gone downhill and I'm done with it. How do I cancel?

      After further poor service from Telus, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not that anyone on here cares, but Telus has become so brutal that I cannot stand it anymore. As soon as my promotional rates are over, I will be cancelling everything and switching. I will be telling everyone about my experience and why they should pick a different provider.
