how come i don't get a call back offer and have to weit 1 hour on phone
for mobile accounts a call back if offered, on my home account i have to wait 1 hour on the phone, why is this?

Community Managerpkealy My apologies for the late reply. Call back service is offered for both mobility and residential lines of business but is toggled on/off throughout the day depending on service levels. Many factors may affect availability and it sounds like it wasn't available at the time you called - sorry about that experience.
