Ongoing billing nightmare with Telus Home Security since Sept'24. Every month, 3-4 hours are wasted resolving incorrect bills. Today: 3+ hours on call, still no fix. Unacceptable customer service. Requesting immediate escalation, thorough investigation. Will file CCTS complaint if not resolved promptly. Telus management, please address this recurring issue.

- deepanshusuhag9 months agoNeighbourThe last one was incorrect and one of your managers resolved that one, and assured me that going forward this will be fixed.And come the next month, the bill is again incorrect. Please fix this ASAP, security is great, but I don’t have 4-6 hours each month for Telus.
