Home services cancellation

I can’t even reach someone at Loyalty & Retention or anyone else to cancel my line in a house in which I no longer live!! Mid Dec they didn’t show for appointment booked to move service old house to new, I couldn’t reach anybody to follow up, so jyst assumed they cancelled since they know I moved - after sll, my telus cell address is the new house, so…I know people at the old house and there today - my line still active!! So I use it to call l&r, sert up call backs “within 15 mins” e TIMES with NO call backs!! What the hell am I supposed to do? They didn’t switch the services via the booked apmnt I stayed home for, I couldn’t rebook, and now I can’t even cancel my home service?? Loyalty & Retention too?
