Help with bill

Hello,
Hello I'm a long time customer. I got a bill for 1700$ I thought I had a calling plan, I did not on that phone, can you please help with this? thanks Does anyone know how to get help with this bill?

    mhawk  We are customers only on here so you will have to phone billing. You can try chat or other ways but a wait on line for billing i think is the best way. Try 310 8324 and select billing. Polecat
