Gift card issues
I redeemed 23000 pts for a Roots gift card. Went to use it, it says invalid. Roots has bounced me to a website that says it currently cant help, how do I get help to actually use what I have earned?

I had the same problem with the Roots gift cards purchased in June. The redemption for the e-gift cards, and the active links, now show up in my Rewards history. This was resolved today, 8 weeks later. This was definitely not a rewarding experience.

I have sent 2 private messages, neither has been answered, I have not received a call or reply at all, and yet your “experts” have tagged it resolved. I would like an e-gift card that works.
