Fraudulent account in my name impacting my credit

I was just looking into my equifax report and there is a HUGE bill impacting my credit from TELUS WIRELINE. Which I can guarantee was not me as I was living in a hotel at the time and it is greatly impacting my credit report. I’m not sure where

to start the process of fixing this but please I have enough debt to deal with.
