Failed port

I ported my phone from Freedom Mobile 8 days ago. Today my wife tried calling me via Alexa and it reached my Freedom Mobile voice mail. I tried and got the same result. I tried from moly mother's phone, and the call simply does not connect.

It seems I can make calls. I can send and receive text messages. But I cannot receive voice calls. That is bad. What is worse is some calls are going to a voicemail I will never ever be able to check...

I have been on hold for about 611 for technical support for about an hour now.
