Official Support TeamHello again! We've been notified by our Rewards team that this is an error on the WestJet side. They're already working with WestJet on a fix and will have it implemented asap. Sorry for the inconvenience!
When will this be fixed? Just spent 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone with telus support talking to 3 different people only to be told to call westjet.

When this error was occurring a few months back, it was an issue on the WestJet side. Have you had the chance to speak with them yet about this?
