When will this be fixed? Just spent 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone with telus support talking to 3 different people only to be told to call westjet.

When this error was occurring a few months back, it was an issue on the WestJet side. Have you had the chance to speak with them yet about this?

Wondering if this is related to having linked Telus accounts for home services and mobile (and therefore linked rewards accounts)?
