6 months agoSorry to hear that bb147, can you try logging in to your TELUS account and verify the status of your Disney subscription under Stream+ ? Sometimes, a subscription might show as active on the billing side but needs reactivation on the service side.

I am not sure what you mean. When I login it shows I have Stream+ Basic, and disney is there, but when I click to "Activate" it just takes me to Disney+, I login, and then Disney+ asks me to select a plan (as if I have no active subscription).

bb147 We aware of the private messaging (PM) issue. It presented after we upgraded the community and we're working with our partner to have it resolved. We don't have an estimate time for repair at this time but we will resume those conversations once PMs are restored. Thanks for your patience.
