Crave TV issues
I have a subscription to the Crave Premium but I can’t access all content or download shows on my IPad. This happens frequently in which I am able to sign in and everything will work fine and then I’ll get locked out. I can sign in and watch free content but many shows are still locked out. I checked my Telus account and I am paying for premium so I should be able to watch anything on Crave. I can’t understand why I keep getting locked out. I can’t be the only person with this problem.

How did you succeed to make it work? Same problem here for the last week. It just stopped working. Re-linking the account is not solving the issue either as Crave is not listed in the list of subscriptions to be linked (I see CTV, RDS, ZTele, but no Crave in the list). It worked for a year, not it just stopped...

I’m able to log in to the Crave App on all my devices with My Telus credentials, but unable to access a lot of the content. (Shopping Cart Displayed). I have a subscription for Crave Premium through Telus which should allow me to download content for offline viewing on my iPad. I have been doing this for years and now I can’t go one week without the Crave app crashing. I have been researching online and this is a common problem.

That's odd. So you've downloaded the Crave app and made sure you're using the correct My TELUS credentials?
