Contact Telus
Trying to contact Telus on the phone, been waiting for an hour already... Why can`t Telus hire some more helpdesk folks? Response times is at par with wifi speed, geez

Guess what, after 1 hour and 25 minutes, phone call dropped. Should I dare to retry?

Yes, by setting up a call back, it's not immediate though as first available time slot was following day, but that's ok. No way I'll try again calling Telus directly unless maybe first thing in the morning, as suggested.
